Working within the Design and Build model, London Constructions and Contractors coordinates the management of all professionals and project participants, under a single team umbrella. This includes architects, engineers, specialists, builders and the client. This ensures that project phases progress harmoniously through efficient communication and organization.

Our Project Manager and Site Manager facilitate all communications between the design and specialist teams with the builders. This includes the communication of programmes and technical drawings, the ordering and delivery of plant and materials and finally, the establishment of contingencies for unforeseen challenges. A well-managed build is more likely to be achieved within budget, on time and at a high standard of service delivery.

For refurbishment projects, we can carry out construction works during closed hours and/ or during live trading times, thereby ensuring as little disruption as possible to the daily functioning of your business. In so doing, protecting staff, customers and assets.
